Shipping policy

Shipping charges are already included in the product price, no more charges will be added at check out. Christmas Crossing makes every effort possible to ship out all orders within 2-5 business days of receiving it. Orders placed after normal business hours will be received the following business day. We ship out our orders during regular working hours as of USPS. Our headquarters and warehouse is located in LAWRENCE MA Nearly all shipments in the continental United States make it to its destination in 5-10 business days. Our standard shipping and handling charges cover processing your order, handling and packaging, and delivering to you. We currently ship to the United States including Alaska and Hawaii. Christmas Crossing will not be held responsible for situations outside our controls. Examples may include but are not limited to: Provided an incorrect address Missing boxes that are confirmed by the carrier Delivery delays due to weather or other acts of God.
